Beth Jeans Houghton has unveiled the black and white video for her new track 'Atlas'.
Beth Jeans Houghton
has always been aware that being a pop star involves a visual element.
Carefully defining her aesthetic, everything from the singer's wardrobe
to her album artwork have been expertly thought out.
Now the singer has unveiled a typically striking clip for her track
'Atlas'. Taken from the upcoming album 'Yours Truly, Cellophane Nose' Beth Jeans Houghton has teamed up with director Juan Iglesias for the new video.
Shot in Los Angeles, the black and white clip co-stars Brenda King
and features plenty of stop motion animation. There's a running film
noir theme in there, with the whole effect being extremely dramatic.
Beth Jeans Houghton: “It’s special to me because of the locations used and the people involved are all friends”.
